I reserved an item to try on and was promptly updated via text, which was very convenient. The staff near the fitting rooms were friendly and approachable, offering helpful suggestions when asked. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

I've been to this store a few times now, I've met with who I'm now sure is the Store Manager Sharne and she has remembered all my visits which is refreshing. I had an incident with my daughter in the store the first time as my daughter hurt herself and the Manager brought out lollies (asked for my consent) with a cooling pack to settle her as she bumped her head. The second time I was in she styled me and stayed with me the entire time almost 30-40mins although it was really busy in store and I ended up with 5-6 item's for my holiday trip away and she made it so much easier and quicker for me. I returned a 3rd time and Manager knew all my sizes without question. I would comeback because she is in the store, the store manager remembers you! Thank you, please let her know.

Fabulous service from the girls in store today. Bought a jacket on sale but sore some dirt on the belt. She was kind enough to provide a further discount. This kind of service makes me want to come back.

I had the most wonderful experience at your Melbourne central store. I had come in looking for a curve item I had seen online thinking that the only sizing that would fit. Jess helped me, she asked what I was looking for, what the event was and recommended some main range that would also be a nice fit. For someone who struggles to feel comfortable in a clothing store, I felt welcomed and like someone genuinely wanted me to feel great in whatever I picked. Jess was personable and relatable and you can see she wants you to feel the most beautiful because she gave genuine advice.

Jess from the Melbourne central store was a great help when we went in for a wedding guest dress. We had a voucher that was causing issues but Jess was able to sort it out quickly and efficiently. Very helpful!

As someone who works in retail, I can easily tell when customer service is genuinely amazing—and Samara at Forever New is just the sweetest ever 🥺 Every time I come in, she’s always there with the most beautiful smile, ready to help, and just makes the whole experience feel so warm and easy. She honestly feels like a friend at this point, and it’s always such a joy being served by her 💕 Forever New is so lucky to have her!

Thank you to the lovely team for helping me choose an outfit for my event. The service was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. The store was beautifully presented, with a great range of sizes and an easy layout to shop through. The blonde staff member at the counter was especially wonderful to deal with — she let me know I had a voucher available to use and even suggested some jewellery pieces to complete the look. Despite initially feeling a little unsure due to my age, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed in the store with absolutely no judgment. I also ended up discovering new styles I never would have thought to try, which made the experience even better.
